Welcome to your private retreat. This thoughtfully designed tiny home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open-concept living area flows into a fully equipped small kitchen, perfect for cooking and socializing. Unwind in one of the bedrooms or step outside to enjoy the covered porch, or fire pit area with river and mountain views. Every room is curated for comfort, blending modern conveniences with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Other Details to Note

This tiny home sleeps 6. There are 2 twin beds in a loft that require you to climb a ladder stair to access. Ideal for kids but possibly not to adults. The neighboring property is a bit of an eye sore. They are in the process of cleaning it up but... There is an RV on the property with a tenant. Please be mindful as this property is also her home.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cabin. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices or substances. If you choose to smoke outside, please do so away from the home and dispose of all waste properly. Do not leave cigarette butts on the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum additional $250 cleaning fee. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests. We love animals, but pets are not allowed at this property. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies. It was a very pleasant place to stay with our family even though we didn’t stay long. The beds are super comfy and everything was really clean besides a few spider friends that wanted to join in on the fun. Over all great place to stay 😁
